Agencies run hundreds of roadway cameras, but incident awareness still depends on someone noticing: an operator glancing at the right monitor, a driver calling it in, a patrol passing by. Wrong-way drivers unfold in seconds, and by the time a call comes in the window to warn traffic has mostly closed.
TrafficPulse watches every feed around the clock, so nothing waits on someone happening to look.

PTZ cameras move. The models keep up.
Operators pan, tilt and zoom DOT and 511 cameras all day, and analytics that assume a fixed view break the moment the camera moves. TrafficPulse fingerprints each camera’s view. When it moves, detections pause instead of firing false alerts, detection zones and traffic direction are relearned for the new view, and alerting resumes on its own.
No manual re-zoning, no service ticket and no operator retraining.
